I can't believe you're possibly thinking of check/folding an overpair here. Villain could likely just have AQ, KK, KQ or the like. You can't always be afraid of sets. You only have $9 left on the turn, can't get away from it now anyways. Just push and take it like a man.

If I read the post correctly, this is Pot limit. So I'm guessing you raised pot PF. That's good. But why underbet the pot on the flop? Go ahead and bet pot.

first of all your pre-flop bet seems fairly high. But the answer to your question is no . With a weak board and the way he is just calling, i put him on a marginal hand. a-q or k-q.he appears to be a loose player who is just over estimating his hands

Think this is indeed standard play.
You want to have one or two callers when raising with AA, you got one, so the PF raise was good.
On the flop, pot is 12, betting 10 is fine I think.
Pushing the turn seems obvious.
If all my AA hands went like this, i'd get much less frustration out of this game. (unless he show a set or two pair of course )

I wouldn't worry about the flop call at all. No reason to. I think it looks fine, but I might even consider a push on the flop. Your push will get called by the same hands that your 10 bet will, and your bet already commits you to the hand, so why not save the time and even disguise your aces as a missed flop push.

Riiiight...don't see too many of those around here. Sorry about that. Your line looks just fine. Nice win, I would assume?

p.s. To the OP, it is cute how your name is "pottie" and you play pot-limit. I hate myself.
