how is that not a clear answer? smaller stakes multi-tabling only means that you're increasing your repititions at that lower stake. playing four tables of 3-6 for an hour is the same as 1 table for four hours (assuming you play equally well 4 tabling as you do 1 tabling). your risk of ruin is the same, either way, but your expected earn is quadrupled.
playing one table of a higher limit is not the same thing. your expected earn may be the same, but your risk is way up.
