Playing scared with a set.

Playing 400nl on party. I think I have 500 and villan has about the same. Villan seems like a good tight winning player, plays close enough to abc. I've been set over setted 3 times so far today (on other tables) and may be seeing monsters. Im curious if anyone bets the turn or raises the river here.

Villan limps UTG+2. I limp in mp with 22. Flop comes 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Checked to villan who pots it at 13. I make it 50 to go. I would do with with the straight, flush draw, set, maybe an overpair, and I think villan knows this. Villan calls.

Turn is the 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Villan checks, I check behind. River is the J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Villan bets for 100, I call.
