Default shifts

I'll play for two days on party 1-2, playing at maybe 15 seperate tables, and every single table will be crazy. When people raise on the turn it could mean literally anything. In fact, if I raised pre-flop, bet the flop with top pair-top kicker, bet the turn and am raised, I KNOW I'm ahead. Every table will be like this.

Then for the next two days, when I'm raised ANYTIME, on ANY table, it means I'm looking at two pair or better. It's completely straightforward. Has anybody else noticed this completely polar shift on 1-2 on party? Is there any explanation, and more importantly, how do I predict it?
