Default Re: Has anyone won with Miller Short Stack?

I just signed up at Party and started using this to clear the bonus at the $25NL tables.

I've been a fool for not playing here longer.

A little over 300 hands played (180+ being raked) and I'm at 20.08 BB/100

I know that it's a small sample size and that it's been an amazingly good run of cards, however I'm going to revel in it for a bit.

I think a lot of the time the play on the flop is what makes / breaks this system, in the book it doesn't really go into how to play the flop, if you just blindly shove every time you've raised pre-flop I suspect you'll see huge variance ;-)

OTOH if you fold on the really unfavourable flops (just how often are your pocket queens or jacks good once an A has flopped and someone has bet the pot at you?) you can save a few buy-ins here and there and increase the value of the system quite a bit
