I think pushing here is a mistake, you are only going to get called by sets/two pair and fold other hands you want to come along.

If you are going to push, the flop may be a better place with two cards to come on your flush draw.

A) You aren't going to lay this down, correct?

B) And you can't just call here, as any of your draws coming through may make it easy for villain to drop his hand.

C) Any raise is gonna be your stack, so pushing is the only logical raise.

No 'A', No 'B', so 'C' is the only choice left. Push.

I should have made it more clear in my first post- I push, or at the very least reraise on the flop.

If I got to the turn without reraising the flop I would rather bet when the King came then check to the villan and I would get it all in if raised.

Yeah, I would agree with that, but what does hero do in the current situation? Folding seems weak, calling seems transparent, and raising means a push.

This is not a reasonable way to play drawing hands out of position in NL. On the flop, you have a flush draw and top pair. This is a through ticket for your money, use it.

I would re-raise to $400 even on the flop.

(Disclaimer: I have never played NL, not even one hand.)

So wait, what hands do you want to come along? I think its pretty obvious that if he pushes and gets called, he needs to hit one of his draws to win.
