Well the thing is, since Partygaming has now become a publicly traded company they are required to be audited on a yearly basis. It's not a big deal every corporation has an audit done, it's to prevent fraud and misconduct like you've seen recently with Enron, MCI, Tyco, etc. Not that it always works as you've seen recently with Enron, MCI, Tyco, etc.

Not to mention the fact that a corporation like Partygaming has internal auditors who are always running tests for fraud from within.
