Anbody else noticing that Empire Download is screwed up?

I tried to download Empire poker and it downloads as an .htm file. I thought maybe it was my browser so I tried IE and it did the same thing.

I go to their site and after a few seconds I get the popup asking if I want to download their software. I click yes and it starts. What I end up with is a 2.5MB htm file.

After messing with this a few times I tried changing the extention to .exe and it installs.

My question is does anybody know why this is happening?
