Default Satellite line check: Value raise turn?

Thoughts on this line? Does the turn smell like a flush wanting in cheap? Do I raise? BB stats are 30.3/1.9/1.60/53 hands. Villians stats are unknown (only like two hands with him).

How much do you have left on the turn? like 9K? I probably jam on the turn, these small bets look weak.

Yeah, the small bet on the turn is almost certainly a draw wanting a cheap card, or a mediocre hand looking for a cheap showdown.
