Am I giving too much respect for my opponent? Previously I would've considered the flop to be an autopush, but after a 40 buy-in downswing (which I hope is past now, though) I've begun to believe that opponents are not always on a middle pair or gutshot when they show strength.

Damn I played this one horribly.. But what do you think? I put villain on QJ or flush draw most likely (which is pretty lame from me, there are other hands too). What does the minireraise indicate to you by the way? A draw representing a monster? Then again, why would even a set or top two want to minireraise on this extremely coordinated board..? Because they're donks of course, but what goes on in a donks mind here?

I think you have to push/fold the flop, especially if you aren't going to call a river bet where most draws miss.
