anyway to speed up party's game screen?/

Hey All,
I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I searched for it, and couldn't find it.
Is there any ways I can speed up the reload rate on party's screen that shows which games are available?
I have a cable modem and a 1G processor,with 512 mb of ram.
I just logged on to party, searched for sng's, and it didn't reload once in a couple of minutes. All of the games that said were empty were in fact well on there way already.

Any advice????
