Default Party 2-4 no brainer or no good?

Here are the notes I took on villain during the session:
The first few lines are things I saw him do preflop.
The lines in all caps are directives to myself (this is what he does, this is what I should generally do about it)
The other lines are specific things I saw him do post-flop.

Axo,K9o,overdefends (85o BB,A4o SB),cold calls (T9s,A8o but),raises light (JTo EP,QTo BB multiway),limps heavy (KK utg),limp-reraise (65s utg)
TURN C/R'S WEAK, VALUE BET THIS MAN, C/R THIS MAN, INDUCE BLUFFS, CALL THIS MAN DOWN
flop calls A4-high vs steal-raiser
flop calls *RIDICULOUS*
turn semi-bluff c/r shots
turn c/r shots w/bp+gk h/u after betting flop w/bp+gk + follow-thru
cold calls flop raises w/running flush draw
shots in dry side pots multiway A3-high
flop calls w/K-overcard
turn donk shots w/gutshot on scare cards
river donk shots after missing draw
multistreet pure bluffs h/u vs steal-raiser on K-high board>

Here is the hand:

Based on your reads, I like the call down here. Pots sizeable and this guy seems to like to take a lot of shots on the turn.

And, dude, you take awesome notes. How many tables do you play?

Far be it from me to diagree with W. Deranged, but I like a 3-bet on the turn for hand 1. If he's donking around like we suspect I don't mind him folding here given that any A,K,Q or J could beat me. And nothing in your notes suggests that he has bluff-capped.

Elliot,

I think a three-bet is probably spewing on the turn out of position. We open ourselves up to a cap. Though we might be able to fold, against players who like to take shots, I tend to like a passive approach that lets them bet inferior hands. I don't think that this guy is folding a better hand often, or even a hand that has a really significant amount of outs. Three-betting and betting the river against a T would be really unfortunate.

My general theory against laggy types is that we want to avoid paying them off big on their decent hands and at the same time avoid letting them get away easy on poor hands. The best way to do this is to play pretty defensive on the big bet streets and make sure we make them get to showdown for 2-3 bb. So I like a calldown.

I agree with both hands against villain you describe.

He will occasionally draw out on you where you may have been able to fold him out by more aggression, but you are good at showdown enough...and he is spewing into you when behind enough...that your line is +EV in the long run.
