Default Too many blinds. (Not enough bets.)

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (8 handed)
Preflop: SamIAm is SB with Ks, Jh.
UTG posts a blind of $2. UTG+2 posts a blind of $2. UTG (poster) checks, 1 fold, UTG+2 (poster) checks, MP1 calls, 4 folds, SamIAm completes, BB checks.

Flop: (5 SB) Kc, As, 5d (5 players)
SamIAm bets, BB folds, UTG folds, UTG+2 folds, MP1 folds.

I probably wouldn't have bet-out with MPMK, except there are so many blinds. Only 1 actual limper, and he's loose-aggressive preflop, so I didn't think he had an Ace. Still, what would I have done if I had a caller?
Should I have raised preflop, since I have better than an average hand? They're all loose preflop, and probably would have called.
