I would definetly raise, because you have the second nuts and this guy prolly does not need the nuts to play his hand aggressivley. If he 3 bets i would just call.

How many of those are bet/3-betting on the river after the turn action? You might be right about UTG making up the diffenece though.

I guess if you are going to play this hand, raising it makes sense. I don't like calling. I think it is fold / raise. I would probably raise this 20%, fold 80%.

I don't cap this river, raising however has value as a lot of hands you beat will bet this river but when he 3-bets his range is narrowed to making calling better than capping. At least in my opinion anyway.
