Paradise Hand Requests

How can you get all of your hands from these people? I have put in all kinds of different request for different amonuts and they are only giving me 100. I have only played 1000 hands on there and i would like the results so i can go over them into poker tracker.

What am I doing wrong?

you need to request your last 100 hands played at a time, immediately after playing them.

after that they get purged from the system.
