Default AJ hits, players going nuts - how is my line?

MP1 is a sla, but not super out of control post flop.
SB is a donk

Capping the flop ok?
What are we doing on the turn? Calling donk fine, but what about fold to mp1?

You have outs vs two pair, which is a likely holding. I call down.

I would have called the 3-bet on the flop hoping for a [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] on the turn. I fold to the turn bet.

Why cap the flop? Would you have bet the turn if SB didn't bet? You don't really have a monster hand here or a great draw.

I'd just call the 3 bet on the flop.

When the SB bets out the turn, I'd make a decision that I was going to showdown or fold right there. If I thought I had the best hand (which I don't think is the case here), I'd call. If I thought I was beat, I'd fold

You're stuck in the middle of a bettor and someone who likely has a strong hand. If it were head's up against MP1, you could call down. In this case, I'd fold to the 1st turn bet. It's tough lay down, but you're probably beat.

I'd put the donk on a flush draw and MP1 on AQ.

ya i think calling the 3-bet would have been much better. then making a tough decision on the turn. That donk bet really screwed me up. I think you are right though, if I'm calling the donk bet then I should be in call down mode, unless it was 2 back to me on the turn.

MP1 turned over Q8 - even more loose than his numbers.
Donk turned over 1010

They paid me well the rest of the night

Very nice table to be sitting at. I was thinking MP1 was a decent player. TT......that's a serious donk.
