Default Kill pot question

I was wondering who gets last action pre flop in a kill pot in a casino? I play in a couple local games and in one the killer has last action but in the other the big blind has last action. I was wondering how it works in the cardrooms.

At Foxwoods the action proceeds as normal, so the Kill button has last action only if s/he also happens to be the Big Blind.

It is cardroom specific - you need to ask the particular rules. West Coast kill (2 wins in a row) is not as fun as Foxwoods kill ($100 pot size 5-10)

In the places I've played (Southern Cal), the killer always has the last action, unless the pot is raised before it gets to the killer, then the BB has the last action.

In the two chicago/nw indiana casinos (Trump and Harrahs), the action procedes in turn as normal, so the killer would act in his normal turn and last to act is big blind as well. I believe all the casinos I've played at in Vegas were this way as well. All the online games proceed in order (at least at UB, Party, and Paradise a couple years ago).
