Does Poker Tracker display outs in Real Time?

I found this quote in another thread...

"Hero: No I was exaggerating a little...checks PT...it was really only 12."

Does this mean Poker Tracker tells me my outs in real time?

No. Since the HH is read after the hand is completed this is impossible. I also read that post and I think the poster must have checked the HH after completing the hand in question.
