LANCASTER, Pa. (AP) - An 18-year-old man accused of killing his girlfriend's parents and fleeing with her to Indiana was flown back to Pennsylvania on Tuesday to face murder and kidnapping charges.

His 14-year-old girlfriend, Kara Beth Borden, was returned home on a separate plane. She was not under arrest.

Indiana police captured David Ludwig on Monday after the car he was driving slammed into a tree during a chase. He is suspected of shooting Kara's parents, both 50, in their Lititz home early Sunday after an argument over the teens' relationship.

Warwick Township Chief Richard F. Garipoli Jr. said Kara will be considered a victim in the case - rather than a willing participant - "until I hear otherwise."

"Kara's upset. She's crying. She's a 14-year-old child and we seem to forget that," Garipoli said. "She's devastated. So it's important that we do put her back with her family where she belongs."

Ludwig did not fight efforts to return him to Pennsylvania. A Pennsylvania judge ordered him held without bail. He was not represented by a lawyer at the arraignment. A preliminary hearing was set for Nov. 23.

I hired some high school kids a couple years back and one of them was a 15 year old girl who --I'm not kidding-- was the hottest, most gorgeous girl I'd ever seen in my life! The girl was absolutely drop dead stunning!

I wanted to see a shrink because I thought there MUST be something wrong with me to get so worked up over a 15 year old. In the end I decided it was just our society's laws that was making me feel that way. In the law of nature, anyone old enough to look like that was old enough to desire and procreate. Period! Which means there was nothing wrong with me (as long as I kept my thoughts to myself). -lol

Yeah, many people that feel really strongly about this seem to forget that until relatively recently 15/16 year old girls were generally already married (often to older men) and having kids.

But certainly, if you are looking to have a marriage and a family, these sexual issues become very important from a psychological perspective and sometimes even physical perspective.

Those men at least took on the responsibilities of a long term relationship instead of merely using emotionally immature young girls for sex, and avoiding their own problems of not being able to have a relationship with an emotionally mature woman. People who make little effort at self-control or refuse to admit psychological problems regarding relationships, always seek to justify themselves.

I'm missing something here. How is a woman's virginity advantageous to a prospective spouse/family?

No STD's is a big one. Probability of being less likely to cheat on spouse and break up the family is another. And possibly in your case, your spouse not realizing how inadequate you are in the tool department is another.

Because we all know that a woman who's had sex with more than zero people is infested with gonorrhea, syphilis and AIDS. STD's are not the terrible threat many people make it out to be with a little responsibility, and if people get checked up every now and then, you'll know where you stand.

Virgins are less likely to cheat? Explain. Furthermore I find it romantically advantageous to be with someone who understands relationships from experience.

You missed the big STD, i.e. AIDS. And it only takes once. And regarding getting STD's, you are effectively screwing everyone your partner has if one person in your partner's chain of sexual experiences had such a disease and one or more of them either didn't use protection or that protection failed.

And regarding virgins and not cheating, how big of a barrier is a marriage bond, especially between non-religious spouses, to adultery, compared with those whose sexual history shows that they never considered the lack of same a barrier to sexual relationships?

I think you might be missing my point.

If a girl is old enough to have deloped the physcical characteristics to attract a male, then technically (according to nature), she is old enough to have sex with. Pedophiles specifically like kids who have NO sexual characteristics yet!

Again, I am not talking about what society has deemed proper or improper, I am talking about nature. Do you think a lion or any other animal checks for ID before mating? The only law is that the female is sexually desirable and capable of reproducing. The 15 year old I was talking about certainly was all that! My point was, she was hot enough to give any guy a hard-on in a sec. There is nothing abnormal or pedophilific about "wanting" her. Although there certainly would be something illegal about it!
