AJs in big blind
What would you do in this spot?
You have T1700 after posting big blind (T100/T200). UTG has been dead silent for last 4 or 5 orbits (as long as I've been on table). He raises to 600. Folded to you w/AJs. 900 in pot. |

Re: AJs in big blind
I'm torn between folding and pulling a Stop N Go. Since he is tight and is UTG his hand is strong. However, if you stop N go he will probably drop strong overcards if he missed.. it's close.

Re: AJs in big blind
Fold. You have no folding equity and are likely behind unless he's a big stack and tricky player who understands that how to steal from stacks like yours.

If you call, what flop (barring one with two jacks in or maybe a jack with two others of your suit) do you really feel comfortable with? IMHO, It's an easy fold. |
