Default 99 overpair and gutshot, lots of action

Button: 40/21/1.89
SB: 75/46/2.3 a complete maniac
MP: 18/7.9/1.74

After not folding preflop is this a standard line? What about when it's 2 back to me on the turn? I guess the pot is way to big to fold for 1 bet on the river.

Even with a pot as big as this one, I can't see any EV in calling the river.

look at the stats for SB. I don't think I could lay it down getting 23.5 to 1

you should call the flop and hope to raise SB on the turn. the pot is too large for you to protect your hand on the flop.

you really need to reevaluate some fundamental parts of your game then.

It's only 2 back to me and I have a gutshot, and my other 2 set outs, with the very very small possibilty of having the best hand. I don't think I can fold here.

I fold the turn. Could be capped by the crazy small blind, and you could easily be drawing at two outs.

why do you figure I could possibly have only 2 outs? I figure the 6 for the 4 8s and 2 9s.

I'm not sure what you are trying to say, but it sounds needlessly insulting. You are not winning this river 1 in 25 times, nor even 1 in 100 times. Are you hoping SB and Button both have 88? The EV of this river call may be as close to -1 BB as I've ever seen posted.
