I think in the 22s that move is usually A2, or 33-QQ(whichever pairs he doesn't reraise pf). once in a while you'll hit a 5, but I'd pretend to think for about 10 seconds and push. Actually I'm forgetting about the SB, I might cold call and only fold if the SB stays in.

Given the way villan has played this hand preflop it's unlikely that he isn't holding on to AA or KK and likewise I doubt he'd lead out on the flop if he was holding 22 or 5x. I'd venture he's holding onto a smaller pocket pair and your Jacks are good here so I'd push.
