Default KJs in SB $2/$5 Blinds $300 capped B&M

10 players, Hero has $250, relevant players have me covered.

Preflop:
UG limps
MP1 raises to $15
MP3, c/p and Button call
Hero in SB calls with KJ [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
BB calls
Pot = $90

Flop:
9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Hero checks
BB bets $40
Folded to Hero, hero calls (any comment)

Turn Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero checks, BB bets $75

Do you call, raise or fold with 2nd nut flush draw and gut shot straight draw (and an over card, 2 overcards to the flop). Or should I have led the betting at any point on the flop or turn. Any comments appreciated

Not much of a read on the villain, but I believe he is capable of playing a draw or monster this way. My instincts lean towards some sort of made hand (2 pair or set), but there is a chance he is on a draw.

flop: would villian lead into a raised pot with that many players left to act behind him with a draw? I doubt it. I could possibly see a player doing that with QQ or JJ to see where he's at.

you seem pretty sure that he has 2 pair or a set and so i feel like you don't have much folding equity by pushing. what 2 pair or set do you put him on though? 79 is the most likely candidate; possibly Q9. However, if he has a set this seems like a weak turn bet with a board like that; it really doesn't make sense to me.
i'd push if you think that you have a good amount of fold equity but probably fold otherwise. i feel like if you call and hit, you may not even get paid off b/c your line looks so much like a draw

Against a made hand, you have at least 15 outs on the river, so you have the pot odds to call the turn bet. Pushing isn't bad either if you think he'll fold about 30% of the time.
I don't think you can fold.

easy push

EDIT: that is, if you want to maximize your chance of winning the pot.

just out of curiosity, if villian does have a set what are our 15+ outs? also, if we hit our flush, do you think we'll get paid off?

against a set you only have 10 outs. 20% to win on the river.

After the turn I am confident I will get paid off, I don't see him folding a set or 2 pair for $90 in a $300 pot.

Sorry. 9 spades + 3 other tens = 12 outs.
