NOTHING. NO pop-up, NO problems, NO NOTHING. I completed my second party bonus tonight (BonusMay and PokerAceNow). I expected to see something when I logged in, but was "terribly" disappointed [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]. Could it be that Party is identifying players in a similar, yet different, manner for account closure (like Empire last week)?

For what it's worth, I logged into Party and Euro and saw no mention of the T&C in the intial pop-up.

I also have had no problems with Empire and I continue to basically just bonus whore there, although I do play 5/10 and 15/30 as well as occasional tournaments there.

the pop-up isn't appearing for anyone anymore. i got it this morning but not anymore.

The line about playing only for entertainment vs professional seems like bullshit to me.

The line about not using any programs for "User profiling" have me worried though. GameTime+ pretty clearly violates that. They may not care now, but what's to stop them from caring in future?

Maybe I'm just panicking.

I read that as "don't make money in other ways than poker playing here". For example don't sell data mine databases.

Would be kinda pointless to have a leader board for MTTs if making a profit is forbidden. Yeah, get on the board and get banned!

Sure, you can use their names. But:

1) Its a major hassle, taxwise and practical

2) You can't use any of your old accounts, unless you close them down. And I doubt PP would let you close your PP accout to play on a skin...

Wouldn't you still be in breach? Unless you actually SHUT DOWN the other accounts.

And obviously, Party wouldnt let you shut down that account, so you wouldn't even get to keep the Skin account [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

This is standard verbiage at many online casinos, where you can't win consistently without "cheating" or "abusing promotions" (in their opinion).

Much like Intertops, I think Coral/Eurobet sees themselves as a casino first and a poker site second.
