Post your VPIP and WIN% too (with sample size) if you have it.

Can you please explain why you think T8s would be better in either situation?

I am trying to figure out why I have lost so much with T8s (when not a blind).

I have a VPIP of 52%, and a WIN% of 17%. It is by far my worst hand --- I think I am overplaying it. Sample size is only 95 though (for limit).

With 1 caller you are more likely to be dominated with A8s. Also with 1 caller you play better in a multiway pot with the straight potential. I still think A8s is better, based on my results though.

Mine is 19 with T8s (30K hands at 3/6 and 5/10)...I tend to be a tad too tight overall, but unless you're at very Loose/Passive tables, I think your vpip is too high.
