Default TT Checkup, All Streets OK?

I had a hard time putting this guy on a hand, so I was hoping to get a few responses to see if I had the right idea...

I don't have the HH available so this is from memory...

.50/1 blinds. I raise to 4 with TT and get one caller behind me.

The flop is 992 (no flush), the pot is 9.5. I bet 7, he calls. What could he have?

The turn is a Queen, giving 992Q, the pot is 23.5. I bet 17, he calls. Still very confused...

The river is a blank, the pot is 57.5. I check, he bets 25. What could he have and what do I do?

probably aq kq but more likely is jq or q10 which is why he stayed around until the later streets.

Well played. Fold river.

Ok, seems like a queen is a good possibility. With the paired rag flop, I had a real hard time putting him on a hand after he called. My best guesses were a passive JJ, TT, 88, and maybe 77. I didn't think he would be able to call there with any hand that contained a queen (AQ or KQ specifically).

Thus, when he called my bet on the turn I was even more confused. Would a person call with here that he would call with on the flop? Could he call with 88 or 77? I think that's an important question because if he can play those hands that way, I may have a call on the river.

After he called your large turn bet, you have to assume you are losing here.

Unless .. small possibility he has JT (since you have 2 tens), then it could be a bluff.

I think you are beat more often here though, and I don't think that 88-33 would bet the river in this situation.

If you got to a showdown I would guess he shows you a 9x, Qx, or 22.

Beat more often I agree with, but am I beat more than 75% of the time? That I'm still not sure about. I think it's close, but folding is probably best.
