Default The M ratio

Im reading about the M ratio and the different zones of play as written in Harington on Hold em VOL2 ....does any one use it when they play .... if so id like some insight on it please .... thank you

In live tournies I play at $200 plus entry it usually becomes an all-in or fold situation with three or less tables (with one being paid) if you have a less than average stack at your table.
