Diablo offers great advice on the PARP cycles and how they compare to the Empire cycles. When you play, you have to write down your wins and losses like described in The Book. For example, my current PARP Cycle is ...

so I know that I can fold the next 3 hands preflop no matter what the cards. Identifying a consistent PARP Cycle can be tricky, but once you do can be very profitable.
