Can I get away from this?

Yeah, don't play AJ like it's the nuts.

Try and put villain on a hand. How many of those hands you have him on do you beat?

Bet the flop and fold to the reraise or check/fold the flop?

Meh, I probably bet/fold. It's possible villain has AK. Once he raises you on the flop though, you gotta get out.
