NetMeeting or most conferencing software will allow you to share windows or your whole desktop. You can decide whether or not the remote viewer can send keyboard strokes/mouse clicks.

I couldn't find an option to share windows in Netmeeting, but finally was able to setup something.
I use Camtasia to produce a live stream of a predefined area and get it transfered with Netmeeting. Looks like this:
