Are you raising for value or raising to steal?

Not being justified in open-pushing yourself, at a level where 1/2 the table is in push/fold mode, folding this hand UTG is not a leak. Your modest raise is better than limping, but I think folding is a little smarter than raising.

EDIT: Sorry, missed the one fold in front of you...making the raise slighty better - still believing folding isn't wrong.
