Default 88

Has anyone else had the phenomenon of losing by far more money on 88 than any other pair. In my 20K hands I'm up on all pairs except 66, 22, and 88. With 88 losing 60 BBs in comparison to the next biggest loser of 22 at 10 BBs. Common, or flawed play?

i took a quick look at my databse (65K hands). wrt pocket pairs, I am winning with 66+, and losing with 55-. i need to fold low pp's at a higher frequency.
