Re: An example of a play w/ AA in your hand
Thank you for your kind reply. It is a play I really don't see at the PL .1/.25 blinds on Pokerstars - typically what I do see is when someone has a hand w/ aces in it is they raise the pot as the first raiser, and then they complain when they can't get anybody to fold or when they get outflopped. The other thing is when I do do this it creates a lot of confusion in these players, because most of them are only interested in what they have, and aren't trying that hard to read my hand. In this particular hand, I got the BB to put his entire stack at risk with K-Q-K-8 rainbow, and the other caller had Q-J-9-6 rainbow (imagine: calling 60 big blinds with that!).
I'm sorry for not posting a discussion hand perse - but thank you for your warm welcome |

The old limp-reraise with AAxx from EP eh?
Fine at the low limits and fine if you can get a large portion of your stack in preflop but not great as you move up limits. |
