Re: How much do you all pay for your house - mortgage, utilities, etc
I rent a three bedroom house about 1/4 of a mile from where I work which is actually owned by my employer. Not a huge house but enough for our needs with a nice big fenced yard and a garage.
Rent $450/month Utilities: Included Water: Included Renters Insurance: not much a couple of bucks a month I think. Taxes: None Of course the trade off is I live way in the middle of nowhere. But I LIKE that part! |

Re: How much do you all pay for your house - mortgage, utilities, etc
Sticky Wicket's and my new house costs us roughly $1800 a month plus $1100 in property tax a year. Gas, water, etc....maybe $200 a month.
I had to buy a new air conditioning/heating unit almost immediately - $6,000. All but $750 was covered by our home warranty. We live in Vegas. |

Re: How much do you all pay for your house - mortgage, utilities, etc
mortgage and insurance ~ 300 a month.
taxes ~ 850/yr water and sewer ~ 20 Electric ~ 50 (more in AC weather) Wood Stove ~ priceless! without it my gas bill would get up above $200 in the winter. Gotta love the midwest, everything is dirt cheap. |
