Poker Stars refunds my tournament entry

I had no business asking for refund in a tournament I was doing when all those server problems happened on Poker Stars yesterday but I asked for one any way because of all the problems other players were having. Poker Stars replied within with this email.

We again apologize for the inconvenience you experienced last night. I
have credited your account the buy-in for the tournament in question. This
refund comes from PokerStars, not the prize pool of this tournament. We
believe in handling unexpected and negative situations in a positive
matter, and I hope this goes towards ensuring your patronage of PokerStars
for a long time to come.

Makes want to play Poker Stars instead of Party for sure but the players are just so god awful I can't do it.

This shows once again who is the leader in both customer support and software.

I was in tournaments at both PokerStars and PartyPoker. At PartyPoker the tournaments just went on during the network problems, and at Stars they paused the tournaments.

This shows how PokerStars has made everything possible to minimize the effect of disturbances outside of its control to players. Just a superior site.

HAHA same thing happened to me on Paradise. I was getting rather annoyed since i kept getting disconected. So, my second hand i saw since i got reconected i just went all in. Lost but got refunded the money anyway.
