Default Hand against a maniac with deep stacks (AK UI)

Villain is a total maniac: 65/25 over 100+ hands. He has lucked and bluffed himself into a big stack. Is this insane? This is probably the hand I have been most unsure about the river play in a long time.

Party Poker (6 max, 6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Seat 1: CO ( $664.40 )
Seat 2: BN ( $1777.10 )
Seat 3: SB ( $546.05 )
Seat 4: BB ( $329.70 )
Seat 5: UTG ( $1862.20 )
Seat 6: TWP ( $814.50 )

Preflop: TWP is MP with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG folds, TWP raises $15, CO folds, BN calls, SB calls, BB folds.

Flop: 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players) ($48)
SB checks, TWP bets $45, BN calls, SB folds.

Turn: 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players) ($138)
TWP bets $100, BN calls.

River: 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) ($338)
TWP checks planning on calling any bet. I have $655 left and he has me covered.

I'm concerned about a lot of things. First and foremost is that it doesn't make any sense for him to be drawing on the turn because now that there are three 7s on the board if I have an overpair (which I do most of the time here) he is drawing completely dead if he has 56 and also if he has the flush draw unless he has overcards to my pair in which case he is drawing to 3 or 6 outs. So does that mean he probably has a small overpair to the 7s? As I said, I really didn't know what to do on this hand and think I probably messed it up really bad.

Looks like you've got the nuts against this player on this flop. I always screw up against maniacs--I know tpgk and call down--but somehow I screw up. Like in this hand, he pushes river--I fold the winning hand. And then the next time he pushes river, I call with the losing hand.

If he does push, how do you convince your finger to push call?

I think you have the best hand. I call most any bet here.

Has villain shown the capability of bluffing big pots on the river? The answer to this is huge because a) will he fire with air when you check to him on the river and b) if you block for say $150 is he capable of bluff pushing?

It sure would suck for him to bluff pot bet this river, although it would suck worse for him to bluff raise your river block.

Tough spot man.

He may be maniac, but why are you going out of your way to play a big pot vs him oop with ace high?

Villain has been insane all night. Pushing with ridiculous hands like gutshots into obvious sets. He was at 2K when I sat. He went down to 200. He then got back up to his current stack without rebuying at all.
