You are naive and a fool if you don't think a small percentage of online poker players don't collude.

What's stopping me and you and 6 others from joining an MSN chatroom and doing the same thing?

You act like this program invented a way to collude when the tools have been out there as long as internet poker has been in existance.

you can already see by now from reading the rest of this thread that wh is very legit.

What is legit about it? It advocates collusion! It is despicable.

im not sure who would accept the open challenge to sit in the 10th chair against a 9 chair team.

[/ QUOTE ]

You don't understand, that is no challenge, that is what will be the reality if people use your software (cheating tool). There will be honest, unaware people sitting in that 10th seat, people who will lose money that they otherwise should not have lost, if it wasn't for those 9 card sharers using your software (cheating tool).

Are you too blind to see?

The difference is, MSN messenger is designed with the purpose of allowing people from all over the world to communicate with one another (and to let microsoft advertise on your computer). It can be used for negative purposes, but positive ones too.

This WH program is designed with the purpose of colluding. It brings nothing constructive to the game of poker.

What I think about the present state of collusion is of no matter. The important thing is to stop it from growing, and that is a case that this winholdem guy (nor you it seems) don't help to promote. I'm quite surprised that some others seem to be more interested in features and stuff instead of fighting the evil back.

Hello Terry,

I checked this program, and it does not tell your cards to anyone unless you allow it by connecting to the share. There was no network socket opened by the software at any point during its execution.

poker is not for the weak hearted. and poker on the internet is a jungle. you face two challenges. good players and good players on teams. you need to be aware that you cannot stop good players and you cannot stop pokerteams. wh is a tool to help you deal with both. you can choose not to use wh in any capacity whatsoever. do not expect that others will do the same. the time of the pokerbot has come.

rad,
so what you're saying is that the classic form of poker does better in a live casino environment? team poker still happens in live games but it is harder to do. live-poker and online-poker are two different environments altogether. any expectation you have that they be the same is highly unrealistic.
