Prima poker support staff knowledge and crapshoots

Since there seems to be quite many nice looking satellites to different land based events at Prima Poker network, I wanted to know what are the structures of those satellite tournaments. This post is quite long, mostly because of the quotes from support E-mails.

First, I sent this E-Mail to GamingClubPoker support:

So, they had no idea what I was asking. They seem to have quite insufficient poker knowledge there.

Then I asked the same question from another Prima Poker site, expekt.com:

So, no knowledge there either.

I also asked Gaming Club guy about it here, and he told me about the structure. It is the same crapshoot format that was used in the WSOP satellite earlier. Starting stack size is 1000, blinds are 20-40 at first level, and levels are 10 minutes long.

With this kind of support personnel and tournament structures, I won't play in any Prima Poker events unless there is a good overlay (house added money).

There is a really long way for Prima Poker to be some kind of competition to the market leader, PokerStars.
