Hello,

Today is the day for UltimateBet's big tournament with $2000 buy-in.

I contacted UB support yesterday, and asked them to confirm that I am able to deposit the buy-in today.

The response they gave implied that it is OK. However, when I tried to deposit the money to my account, it said $500 is the limit.

It seems the support has as low IQ everywhere. Due to this incident, I won't play at UltimateBet at all anymore.

You should contact merber services. UB has the ability to raise your deposit limit instantaneously.

The memberservices response time seems to be way too slow. I have sent them several E-mails, and there hasn't been any answers yet. The time is running short.
