Re: 88 in tricky positio
Is the reason why you would raise the superfish preflop even thought you are UTG+1 is because even if you get reraise behind you his PF call will add equity to your hand and get a fish caught between you and the 3 better?
Thats the only thing I figure. I thought about raising PF too. My instincts were right BTW. BB has AK diamonds, no pair, no draw. UTG fish had 5Ts. So he didnt even have the trips. I was ahead. |

Re: 88 in tricky positio
Because I'm a pussy retard and should listen to my 95% of the time correct instincts of these losers.
Basicaly I over judged the compitence of the TAG to bet into a field of 3 fish and me with a double draw on the board. I thought it was more likely he had a big pair and I didn't want to pay 4 to figure it out. My instincts said "fish is an idiot and has raised the bottom pair in a similar situation and the TAG is not as good as you and is probably betting AK no pair no draw just because its AK... oh and he delayed 2 seconds before he did it. 3 BET IT FOOL!! 3 BET IT!!!" (math wins argument) instinct tells "pussy!" And thats the way it went down. Also fish had been outdrawing me all night so I am sure it affected my decision. |
