full ring
I suck in a full ring game while when it's HU to 4-handed I'm quite a nice winner
I can't figure out why I cannot make adjustments for a 6 handed game....any hints ? for instance, I often open raise in LP with 235. It's 4 handed, everybody draws 2, I brick. 1st question do you bet if checked to you ? 2nd do you call if bet into you ? Imagine everybody checks, 3 people behind you draw 1, you draw 2 and have a 6. do you call a bet ? a bet and a raise ? I suspect my leak is not to fold in early round when I'm either drawing dead or when it's too costly to draw... |

Re: full ring
Whenever I end up in a full game, I always have to remember to tighten up before the draw. That's the one huge adjustment that I always have to remember.
It seems like you might be a little too aggressive. When I draw two and brick, I'm happy to take a free draw. You can't be very far ahead, but a lot of people will check to you after improving. So, call a bet or check, but don't put money in unless you have to. After the first draw, I would call two bets with 2356 if my opponents are aggressive and do not have to have quality hands to make these bets. The tighter they are, the more likely I am to fold. |
