I would recommend you not attempt to sell them....mostly because you are not allowed to sell or transfer FPP's on stars.
There is no way to do it.

There are plenty of 100FPP or higher tourney that are out there....as well as some items in the FPP store.
Do what you want with them.
sweating over what to do with 1300 fpp's isn't really a valuable use of one's time.
