Say to Phil Hellmuth, "I had sex with your mom yesterday, here's the $5", "[censored] you Barry Greenstein" in a deadpan voice and walk away with no further comment. Just a few ideas, though there are many which I think are all better than putting money on it, which Jay wants to do.
