How to make a video of myself playing?

I'm continuing to run especially shittily, and am STILL having trouble figuring out why I am losing.

I tried using search...but couldnt find the post explaining how to do the video thing...i assume you need some kind of program to do it?

Camtasia is without a doubt the best recording program out there...its quality is leaps and bounds better than anything else while keep the file size small. Only thing is, u need to get a copy on torrentspy or pay 300 bones to use it. Sweet program, its what Im going to use to make some HU vids once Tstone gets his site up.
