This hand looks good to me. Nice adjustment on the flop after you suspect that the CO is just betting anything.

Would you bet the turn if it gets checked through?

Flop CR is good.
Turn you gotta follow up on your flop CR especially with the 5 pairing.
Woohoo you hit your A.

Id check/call the flop

and check/fold the turn, you have ace high and could be drawing dead.

It takes some stones to see the value in your hand here, and how best to protect it. I think you played this hand beautifully. Your finest play is rivering that A, but would you have bet had you not hit it?

I don't understand the turn play: we need to spike a non-spade ace, or a non-spade, non-club queen to safely improve here, and even then we might be behind someone who called a 5 on the flop. So it seems like if someone else were to bet the turn, we wouldn't have odds to call.

Are we betting this turn as a weak semibluff to try to force both villains out?

Yes, but I don't think it's a given that hero is behind here as well.
