Party charging my inactive account?

Apologies if this is a repost, a quick search didn't turn up anything.

I got an email from Party stating that a $5 charge had been placed on my inactive (180 days) account. It's an old Party account that I never use and don't plan on using and it has totally different details to my current Party account.

I've only ever lodged to this old account via my Visa card.

The email states:
If your Account becomes Inactive, then the Company is entitled to charge you an administrative
fee (the "Inactive Account Fee"). The Inactive Account Fee shall be deducted from your Account
Balance at the end of each calendar month in accordance with the Inactive Account Fee Schedule.

We will stop deducting the Inactive Account Fee from your Account Balance if your Account is
re-activated.

Party can't take any money can they? It's safe to ignore this email and forget about the old account right?
