Default Party Poker, ban the WinHoldem cheaters!

Some people have posted that everybody ought to mail Party Poker, telling them to ban the WinHoldem users instead of warning them. I think that suggestion deserved its own thread.

info@partypoker.com

I sure have e-mailed them

Hey online, noone on this forum agrees with you. Stop trolling. And yeah, I hope party confiscated all of your bankroll.

No, this guy didn't get busted cheating. He lost his money playing.

If you chose to cheat, you shouldn't cry about getting caught.

Is this an auto-response from Party poker, or do they really mean it??

I have put your suggestion across to our superiors. I have just noticed
that your suggestion is being seriously considered.

??

I emailed about the bots, and said that they should take all their money, close thier accounts, and have some big freerolls with the money they took from them for the players who have had to play agains the cheater for so long..

My response said basically the same thing although it was phrased differently so I would guess that they indeed read, then forwarded.

I like your response pfkaok, to a previous post in this thread:

"then lost the rest of it back today b/c he sucks at Poker...er, i mean, b/c he got "cheated"

But I disagree with using players funds being taken to fund promotions. I would rather money was returned to the players it was taken from, even if some kind of crude formula was used, or kicking players off the site and returning their money.

I keep large sums online. Having had problems with sites in the past I would like to think that my money would not be held hostage in a disagreement with the site getting goodwill by giving my money away.

OT: The post by Jennifer being hacked and Party's response was very disturbing to me. I would have thought Party would have gone out of it's way to help find out what happened to the $1800, not take the position that "it wasn't their fault(it never is) it must have been yours" Their are many of us with $10K+ BRs on Party and having it stolen without help by the site have zero chance of getting it back.

I agree, Ms.Sunshine.

Party's response in certain situations has been entirely and egregiously self-serving. It's a shame they are so willing to solve situations by forgetting about them and disregarding any sense of fairness.
