Well of course not. He wouldn't want anyone to know he's psychic. Keeping your psychic abilities secret is EV+.

CP and Gutshot have updated chip counts. Raymer with just below 1 mil. and chipleader Brad Komeracki at 1.1 mil. About 10 minutes till day 3 is over.

Default Re: at what point does it look good for Fossilman (or other big stacks

Noob question ...

I have never followed the WSOP as closely as I have this year. Realizing, of course, that anything can happen, at what point does someone like Fossilman have such a large stack that he can almost coast into the final table?

I have read a number of people say that the Day 1 chip leader has never made the final table, and that makes sense to me. But, now that we are down to about 250 or so players, does stack size make it so that even with a few bad beats Raymer (or anyone else with a large stack) will likely make it?

I have to believe the Fossilman's experience from last year has to help (not to mention all the pocket AA and KK he is getting )

fosiilmans strat involves lots of blind stealing, and he never really risks even 1/3 of his stack.

also, raymer is the type of guy that is not trying to coast

56 million in chips in play + he's got 1 million = long way to go to even start thinking about the final table without accumulating a much bigger stack

Default Scott Numoto

Knocked out Layne. Didn't even see Scott was still in. He's a good guy and prolly the only remaining player that I've ever even hazily met(other than a brief "Hi, I'm a 2+2er" to Greg), so I'm rooting for him.
