Searching the Archives
Is it possible to search the archives for all posts by username?
I have been trying to use the search function, but i am having lots of trouble with it. |

Re: Searching the Archives
You should just be able to put the username in the Username box, select a time period, and submit it. I just found plenty when searching for myself.

Re: Searching the Archives
Unlike Sheridan, I didn't have an easy time with this. I was trying to find threads by MEbenhoe on the Books forum regarding a "Theory of Poker Reading Club" that he led some 12-18 months ago. I had absolutely no luck, with several different permutations of search terms and parameters.
Good luck! |

Re: Searching the Archives
Ah, well, the first problem is that you can't search for anything over 6 months old. So, there's that. Also, I didn't bother to try any search terms, just the user name. I just don't understand why the search engine is so poor.

[/ QUOTE ] You can if you go to the older archives (link on left) and then click "recent archives" on top. That puts you into a parallel universe where you can search back for about 2-3 years, but your start and end dates must be no more than 6 months apart. |

Re: Searching the Archives
Cut and paste the next line into google as well. It could probably be constructed better.
