brazilio checks, kurosh bets, brazilio raises...

What's our action here?

I'm posting this from his perspective because I think he has a tough choice to make here. In the hand as it went down, kurosh didn't know who I was but I knew who he was. At the time, I'm pretty sure he had 20 or so hands on me, and I'd been on my A game. I have no idea what my stats were, but I was on a large upswing at the time.

I'm confused, I posted this from his perspective. You don't know my hand. kurosh has A7.

What's a good line for him? Is peeling the flop worth it on a pretty bad board like this?

Still not sure you are following the action. Kurosh never checkraised, he button raised PF A7o, bet the K high flop & called the raise, & bet the A on the turn when it checked to him. His opponent (braz) is 2/3rds of the way to the trifecta.

That said, calling the flop CR does indeed seem pretty awful to me.

Supposing Braz flopped 2pr with 98/K9 & put Kurosh squarely on an A, you think his play is still awful? I suppose you'd rather lead the turn & hope to 3bet? Seems reasonable to me, I'm just curious & trying to get better~
